We can not accept credit card payments.

Reservations Must Include:

• Mundane name & SCA name
• Exactly who and what you are paying for
• SCA membership number and expiration
• Email address if possible (for reservation confirmation)

If you are bringing children to the event and you are not the parent or legal guardian you must bring a signed Minor Waiver Form and a signed and notarized Medical Authorization of Minors form for each child.

Both forms must be signed by the parent/legal guardian, and notarized, and therefore must be completed in advance.
