Annual Dessert Revel

All are invited to participate in our Annual Dessert Competition. Make either a period dish and/or a dessert or subtlety celebrating this year's theme, Crossroads of Jerusalem. Describe your creation(s), including all ingredients used, on a 3x5 index card. Gode Cookery is a wonderful resource for period recipes to get you started. A prize will be awarded for the best dish!

Traveler's Faire

Lady Adaire of Owls Nest is preparing three delicious soups; wild rice with bacon, split pea with ham, and vegetarian potato leek, served with a variety of breads, honey butter, dilled cream cheese, red pepper cream cheese, and various refreshments.
